Whats Included & What happens next?

Please take a few minutes to complete the Will Application. Once completed, our compliance team will check it through to make sure that Care Home Fees, Inheritance Tax, Existing Life Assurance policies have been placed in trust and provisions for guardians have been addressed. In summary we will ensure :-

· Sever any Tenancy.

· Create a Life Interest Trust if suitable.

· Any Inheritance Tax Liability is addressed.

· Create a Right to Occupy Trust if suitable.

· Single or Mirror Will.

· Any existing Life Assurance Policies are placed in Trust.

We may need to contact you again regarding any suggestions. If the Will needs to be amended with these revised suggestions then we will send the revised draft to you for checking. When we have received confirmation that the draft has been agreed then we will send out the final Will for your signature.

All personal information and agreements reached with Redlake using the online Will service is confidential and will not be shared with Heart Heroes or any third party. Heart Heroes cannot be held liable in any aspect regarding this service.
